Eligibility
Eligible new products can be returned whether defective or non-defective, and exchange requests are accepted. For a non-defective change of mind or selection error, the item must be new, unused, and in its original condition. We also review damage, defects, wrong goods, missing parts, or a material mismatch with the description; a problem product need not be undamaged.
Begin the request
Contact iwebugosej090@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, stating the order number, checkout email, reason, and photos or video when reporting a product issue. We will assess the request. Do not mail the item before approval, when we provide the correct return destination and instructions.
Prepaid mailing
The original parcel includes a free prepaid return label. Ask us to help if that label was missing or lost. We charge no restocking fee for an eligible approved return. The postal contact address listed elsewhere is not necessarily the return warehouse.
Outcome and timing
An exchange depends on the review result and stock. After a refund is approved, we process or initiate the credit to the original payment method within 10 days; bank posting may occur later. Non-excludable consumer rights continue to apply.
